I'm going on vacation in 15 days and I desperately need to loose weight. Any eating plan/workout recommendations that will help me loose a substantial amount of weight in that time period? Thanks :) xx

Somewhere I posted a link to a 7 day diet to lose 10 lbs. If you follow that for the 15 days and do cardio at least 4 days a week you should be able to lose at least 12-15 lbs. It really depends on your current weight and eating habits though to figure out how much you can lose quickly.
